General Information
Orders can only be placed through the web store. We do not accept orders over the phone or by mail.
Sales tax will be applied on all domestic orders. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state.
Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colors, and variants listed on our website. If a size or variant does not appear online, it is currently unavailable. Be sure to check back as items may be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.
If the item you ordered was unable to be fulfilled because of stock related issues we may contact you via the email provided in your order to exchange the item for another item of equal value or offer you a full refund. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
Pre-order
All Grizzlies MVP merchandise is made to order and will begin processing and production after the ordering period closes on December 28. Items must be redeemed and or purchased by the closing date.
You may cancel or edit your order before the ordering period closes. Please send an email to grizzmvp@wearsthetrend.com with your order number and desired order changes.
After ordering closes all sales are final. Requests for exchanges or refunds will only be accepted due to receiving damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
Something Inked reserves the right to edit, cancel, or refund any order, as needed, to follow within the Memphis Grizzlies MVP member gifting guidelines.
Shipping
Orders are expected to ship end of January 2026.
A shipping notification will be sent with tracking to the email address entered during checkout as soon as your item(s) ship. A new tracking number will be sent for each shipment if items are shipped separately. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified.
Please note all orders will be charged for shipping.
If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.
Something Inked does not guarantee the method of delivery of the goods. The product delivered does not reflect the ideas of Something Inked or its staff.
Lost or missing packages for orders showing a delivered tracking status are not eligible for replacement or refunds. Once a package leaves the fulfillment facility with the carrier, delivery is beyond our control. Check with your neighbors and contact your local post office for a GPS location of where and when the package was dropped off.
Returns
All sales are final. Requests for exchanges or refunds will only be accepted due to receiving damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email us at grizzmvp@wearsthetrend.com with your order number and Member ID Number as well as photos of the damage or incorrect product and we will attempt to replace or refund your items. Due to the nature of the pre-order there is no guarantee a refund or exact replacement will be available.
We are not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been used, washed, or worn.
